PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made prior to the appointment.  We are happy to accept cash, money orders, checks, debit cards, and credit cards.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards.  If you would like to discuss your payment options, please call us at 706-335-4222.

For more extensive treatment, we are happy to offer affordable payment plans thru CareCredit.  Frequently, these plans are no interest plans.  We will be glad to discuss this as well as your other options with you.  You may apply for CareCredit online or we will be glad to assist you in our office.   Our goal is to provide the best care and to make that affordable to you.

INSURANCE

We gladly accept and file dental insurance in our dental office.  Since dental insurance coverage varies from dental plan to dental plan, if you have any questions regarding your covered benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier or your employer for details.  Our insurance experts will estimate your co-pay and discuss options to make your prescribed treatment plan suit your budget.  In more extensive treatment plans, we will certainly pre estimate your benefits so that you can better understand your out of pocket costs.   Dentistry is important to maintaining your overall good health and Commerce Dental Group wants to help you find a way to afford the care you need.
